30 years in the UK. That’s four decades of dedicated research, development and production.

Polytan has installed pitches and multi-sports surface systems all over the world and all products are developed and manufactured at Polytan’s own laboratories and factories.

Polytan Sports Surfaces in the UK is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Polytan Sportstattenbau GmbH, based in Burgheim, Germany.

Surfaces comply with the standards of all major international sports’ governing bodies, including
the IAAF, FIFA, UEFA and FIH.

Polytan Sports Surfaces (UK) Ltd achieved ISO9001 (2008) Quality Management Accreditation in July 2010, spurred on by this success in May of 2011 we started working towards and achieved IS014001 (2004) Environmental Quality system in October 2011.

The combined systems are helping us to work more effectively both in terms of organisation, processes and financially. In the future we intend to achieve ISO18001 – the Health and Safety accreditation.
